St. Joseph, Mo. –Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation have closed Carroll County Road 281 at Route J for a culvert replacement today, Monday, Dec. 22.
Traffic Impacts: County Road 281 will be closed from Route J south approximately one mile between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. today, Dec. 22. Motorist will need to find an alternate route during the closure.
