ST. LOUIS – Residents who use Interstate 55 at Gravois this weekend should consider alternate routes or allow extra travel time as the northbound interstate will be closed Saturday.
Weather depending, crews will close all lanes of northbound I-55 at Gravois for tree removal and drain work, starting at 5 a.m. Saturday, December 13. The ramp to westbound Interstate 44 will remain open. All lanes will reopen by 2:30 p.m.
During the closure, drivers will detour onto Gravois (Exit 207A) and continue to 12th Street where they can get back onto northbound I-55.
