LEES SUMMIT, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from December 1 – 5. All work is weather permitting.
JOHNSON COUNTY
- NB/SB Missouri Route 23 from Hwy DD to Hwy D: flagging operation on December 1 and 2 for shoulder repair.
- EB/WB Highway PP from Hwy 13 to SE 371 Rd.: flagging operation on December 3 and 4 for brush cutting.
- EB/WB Highway EE from SE 371 Rd. to SE 771 Rd.: flagging operation on December 5 for brush cutting.
SALINE COUNTY
- EB/WB Missouri Route 20 from Hwy 65 to Lafayette County Line: flagging operation on December 1 – 5 for shoulder repair.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
