CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close northbound I-435 at Parvin Road for overnight guardrail work. Traffic will be diverted to the outer road at Parvin Street and then diverted back onto I-435 at 48th Street on Monday, October 6 between 10 p.m. and 11 p.m. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
