Where: Missouri Route 76/Business 65 bridge over Lake Taneycomo in Branson
When: Monday, October 13-mid November
What: Contractor crews rehabilitating bridge
Traffic Impacts:
- All lanes of Route 76/Business 65 bridge will be CLOSED until mid-November
- Drivers will be directed along a signed detour on U.S. Route 65 and Business 65
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.
This work is part of a larger project that includes rehabilitation of additional bridges in Taney, Dade and McDonald counties.

- Total Project Cost: $2.2 million
- Completion Date: November 1, 2026
