ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Herzog Contracting Corp., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, is scheduled to pave DeKalb County Missouri Route 6 from Maysville to U.S. Route 69 near Altamont beginning Wednesday, Sept. 24.
Traffic Impacts: During construction, the roadway will be narrowed to one lane and a pilot car will guide motorists through the work zone. Motorists should expect delays.
Crews are scheduled to work Monday-Saturday during daylight hours. All work is anticipated to be completed by mid-October 2025.
As a part of this project, Route 6 from Route 31 to Maysville was completed earlier this year.
