McDonald County – A project to rehabilitate the southbound I-49 bridge over Goodin Hollow Road in Pineville is scheduled to begin the week of September 15, the Missouri Department of Transportation said.
This work that will be done:
- What: Resurfacing and repairing bridge deck/driving surface, repairing bridge joints, permanent lane striping
- When: 10 p.m.-7 a.m., Thursday-Wednesday, September 18-24
- Traffic Impacts:
- Drivers can expect lane closures, traffic delays
- All lanes OPEN during daytime hours and weekends
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the work zone
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
Weather and/or scheduling conflicts could alter the work schedule.

This work is part of a larger project that includes rehabilitation of additional bridges in Taney and Dade counties.
