Permit work on I-435 near Parkville in Platte County for utility operations, Sept. 7

PLATTE COUNTY - Permit work for utility operations will result in various traffic modifications on Interstate 435 near Parkville MO. Motorists may experience delays. All work is weather permitting.

Sunday, September 7 from 5 a.m. until 5 p.m.

  • Multiple temporary rolling stop operations will take place for less than 15 minutes on northbound/southbound I-435 and the ramp from MO Route 45 to NB I-435. Rolling stop operations will be lead by Missouri State Highway Patrol.
  • One lane closure on NB/SB I-435 near Parkville.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
