Lower Lake Road at Route 759 in St. Joseph to close Aug. 28 for signal improvements

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing signal improvements at the intersection of Missouri Route 759 and Lower Lake Road in St. Joseph tomorrow, Thursday Aug. 28. As part of the signal improvements, access to Lower Lake Road on the east side of Route 759 will be closed from 8 a.m. to noon.

Traffic Impacts: Access to/from Lower Lake Road on the east side of Route 759 will be closed from 8 a.m. to noon on Aug. 28. Motorists will need to seek an alternate route.

During the closure, crews will replace and realign signals as well as replace the street signs at the intersection.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
