In Springfield, Wednesday, September 3, for Signal Work
Where: National Avenue Bridge CLOSED at night over U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) in Springfield
When: 9 p.m. Wednesday, September 3, until 6 a.m. Thursday, September 4
What: Crews will repair the traffic signal conduit. National Avenue traffic will be able to turn right and left onto U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) but will not have through movement across the National Avenue bridge.
Traffic Impacts:
- National Avenue bridge CLOSED at night over U.S. Route 60 (James River Freeway) in Springfield
- Northbound National Avenue to westbound and eastbound U.S. Route 60 is Open
- Southbound National Avenue to eastbound and westbound U.S. Route 60 is Open
- U.S. Route 60 is Open
- Drivers urged to find alternate routes
- No signed detours are planned
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
