HANNIBAL – The following is a list of general highway maintenance work the Missouri Department of Transportation has planned in the Northeast Missouri region for the next few weeks.
All road closures and planned roadwork may be viewed on the Traveler Information Map at http://traveler.modot.org/map/.
Inclement weather may cause schedule changes in some of the planned work. There may also be moving operations throughout the region, in addition to the work mentioned below. MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.
Adair County
Route E – September 4, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Frontier Lane to Banner Lane between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route V – September 2 – 3, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Grade Lane to Aspen Lane near Gibbs between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Audrain County
Route T – September 3, CLOSED for patching operations from Route C to Route E near Centralia between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
Route RA – September 2, CLOSED for seal coat operations from CR 751 to Route ZZ in Montgomery County between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
Lewis County
U.S. Route 61 Northbound – September 2 - 4, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Route B to CR 115 between 6:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Macon County
U.S. Route 36 Eastbound – September 3, LANE RESTRICTION for lighting/signal/sign work from eastbound ramp to 1.0 mile east of U.S. Route 36 and Missouri Route 3 interchange at Callao between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. An 11-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.
U.S. Route 36 Eastbound – September 2 – 4, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Business Route 36/Lariat Avenue to Nashville Avenue near Macon between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily. A 15-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.
Route YY – August 25, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Marigold Avenue to Lowland Road near Macon between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route YY – August 26, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Lowland Road to Lion Avenue near Macon between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route YY – August 27, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Lowland Road to Lacquer Avenue near Macon between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Route YY – August 28, CLOSED for culvert replacement operations from Lacquer Avenue to Kestrel Avenue near Macon between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.

U.S. Route 24 Westbound – August 26, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from CR 349 to Missouri Route 6 over the North Fabius River between 8:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
U.S. Route 24 Eastbound – August 26, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from Missouri Route 6 to CR 349 over the North Fabius River between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.
U.S. Route 36 Eastbound – August 25 - 26, LANE RESTRICITON for core drilling operations from Route Z in Shelby County to Business Route 36 between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. daily.

U.S. Route 61 Northbound – August 25, LANE RESTRICTION for bridge maintenance from Route 168 to CR 361 over North River near Palmyra between 1:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.

Missouri Route 15 – August 25 - 27, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Route MM to East Marion Street in Paris between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.
Missouri Route 15 Spur – August 28, LANE RESTRICTION for patching operations from Missouri Route 15 to U.S. Route 24 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
U.S. Route 24 Eastbound – September 2, LANE RESTRICTION for culvert replacement operations from 1.0 mile west of Route U to Route U near Paris between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. A 12-foot width restriction will be in place where crews are actively working.

Route CC – August 26 – 27, CLOSED for asphalt pavement repairs from Lincoln School Road to Missouri Route 161 between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. daily.

Route W – August 25, CLOSED for seal coat operations from Route A to I-70 North Outer Road at Warrenton between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
