JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – A short segment of Maries County Route Z will close next week for a culvert replacement. Local crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation plan to close Route Z east of County Road 322 from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22. County Road 322 will remain open.
During the closure, local property owners on Route Z will be able to access driveways, but through traffic will need to seek an alternate route.
All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
MoDOT asks all motorists to work with us by buckling up, putting your phone down, obeying all traffic signs, and slowing down and moving over in work zones. Motorists are advised to use extra caution through work zones, obey all traffic signs, and avoid any distractions.
