Buchanan County southbound I-29 ramp to I-229 scheduled to close July 21

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Herzog Contracting Corp., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, plans to close the southbound Interstate 29 ramp onto northbound I-229 beginning Monday, July 21 as part of a concrete patching project on I-229.

Traffic impacts: The ramp will be closed from 7 a.m. Monday, July 21 to 7 a.m. Tuesday, July 22. Motorists will need to use an alternate route.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
