Kansas City area maintenance work for July 14-18

LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from July 14-18. All work is weather permitting.

CASS COUNTY

JACKSON COUNTY

Interstate 70 eastbound ramp to Interstate 35 southbound: ramp closed on Mon., July 14, from approximately 9 a.m. until 3 p.m., for bridge inspection.

JOHNSON COUNTY

Route FF between U.S. Highway 50 and Route NN: flagging operation from Mon., July 14 until Wed., July 16, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.

RAY COUNTY

Route A between Route E and Caldwell County line: flagging operations and pilot cars from Mon., July 7 until Thu., July 10, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for pavement repair.

SALINE COUNTY

Route F between Missouri Highway 41 and Route M: flagging operations from Mon., July 14 until Wed., July 16, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for pavement repair work.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
