SIKESTON – Northbound Interstate 55 will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as Missouri Department of Transportation crews perform guardrail and pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located from mile marker 5.8 to mile marker 6.8, near Steele, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, July 21 through Wednesday, July 23 from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
