JACKSON COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting various traffic modifications for resurfacing operations on northbound and southbound I-35. All work is weather permitting.
Evening and overnight, 7 p.m. until 6 a.m., July 7 – July 8th (approximately)
- Double lane closures on NB I-35 from the Southwest Trafficway to the I-670 interchange
The following ramps in the construction area will also be closed:
- Southwest Trafficway to NB I-35
- Broadway Blvd to NB I-35
- NB I-35 to WB I-670
- NB I-35 to EB I-670
- NB I-35 to Broadway Blvd

- Double lane closures on SB I-35 from the I-670 interchange to Southwest Trafficway
The following ramps in the construction area will also be closed:
- Broadway Blvd to SB I-35
- WB I-670 to SB I-35
- SB I-35 to Southwest Trafficway
- SB I-35 to Broadway Blvd
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
