SIKESTON—Route AK in Douglas County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located from Route 14 to the end of state maintenance near Ava, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, June 30 through Wednesday, July 30 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
