SIKESTON—Route D in New Madrid County will be closed as contractor crews replace the bridge over Drainage Ditch Number 1.
This section of roadway is located between Route JJ and Route W near Catron, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, July 7 with completion anticipated Monday, Dec. 1. This road will remain closed until the work is completed and a signed detour will be in place.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
