ST. LOUIS—-- Drivers who regularly use the ramp from eastbound Interstate 270 to southbound Interstate 170 will need to use an alternate route starting Friday, as crews will close the ramp as part of a project to replace the bridge over Pershall Road.
Crews will close the ramp Friday, June 20 at 5 a.m. It is expected to remain closed through September. The suggested detour is to continue eastbound on I-270 to Washington/Elizabeth, use the U-turn ramp to westbound I-270 and continue to the southbound I-170 ramp.
In addition, Pershall Road. will be closed from Hanley Road to Hazelwood Avenue from Friday, June 20, 8 p.m. until Monday, June 23, 6 a.m. as crews remove the bridge overhead. Signs will direct motorists to detour through Hazelwood Ave.
