LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from June 16-20. All work is weather permitting.
JACKSON COUNTY
Interstate 435 at Front Street: lane and ramp closures for shoulder work:
- Right lane closed and off-ramp narrowed on I-435 northbound from approximately 8 a.m. on Mon., June 16 until 2 p.m. on Tue., June 17
- Right lane closed and off-ramp narrowed on I-435 southbound from approximately 8 a.m. on Wed., June 18 until 2 p.m. on Fri., June 20
U.S. Highway 50 eastbound at 3rd St.: on-ramp from 3rd St. and right lane closed from Mon., June 16 until Tue., June 17, from approximately 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.
U.S. Highway 50 eastbound at Missouri Highway 291 south: off-ramp to MO-291 south and right lane closed on Wed., June 18, form approximately 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., for pavement repair.
JOHNSON COUNTY
Missouri Highway 58 between Route VV and SW 200th Rd.: flagging operation on Mon., June 16, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for pavement repair.
Route FF between U.S. Highway 50 and Route NN: flagging operation from Mon., June 16 until Wed., June 18, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.
PETTIS COUNTY
Route B between U.S. Highway 65 and Missouri Highway 127: flagging operation from Mon., June 16 until Wed., June 18, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.
PLATTE COUNTY
Route Z between Interstate 29 and Clinton Co. line: flagging operations from Tue., June 17 until Wed., June 18, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for resurfacing. RAY COUNTY
Route C between Missouri Highway 10 and Route D: flagging operations from Mon., June 16 until Wed., June 18, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.
SALINE COUNTY
Route AA between Route H and Route TT: full closure on Tue., June 17, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for culvert replacement work.
Route J between Pettis Co. line and end of state maintenance: flagging operation on Mon., June 16, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for pavement repair.
Route AE between Route J and Cooper Co. line: flagging operation on Mon., June 16, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for pavement repair.
Route BB between US-65 and Missouri Highway 20: flagging operation from Tue., June 17 until Wed., June 18, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for pavement repair.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
