CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting lane closures on NB and SB I-35 for pavement operations. This is not a complete closure, motorist may experience delays. All work is weather permitting.
- Crews have closed ONE LANE on I-35 NB at mm 25.8, just before MO Route 92 Hwy NOW Monday, May 19, between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Crews will close ONE LANE on I-35 SB at mm 29.4, 3 miles South of Holt/ Rt PP beginning on Tuesday, May 20, between 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
