MoDOT to close Conway under I-270
ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use either direction of Conway Road under Interstate 270 will need to allow extra time and use alternate routes as MoDOT is closing both directions due to safety concerns.
Drivers can detour around the westbound closure using New Ballas, Ladue, Mason and the North I-64 Outer Road.
Eastbound drivers will still be able to get to Mercy Hospital east of I-270 using Ballas Road to Conway, and drivers will be able to get to portions of Conway west of I-270 from the I-64 north outer road.
Conway will remain closed, in both directions, through late 2025.
