CLAY COUNTY -The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting ramp closures for pavement repair work on I-35. All work is weather permitting. All dates are approximate.
See below for traffic modifications:
- The US-291 to SB I-35 Ramp will be closed beginning on Mon., May 19 at 7 p.m. until Tues., May 20 at 7 a.m.
- The US-69 to NB I-35 Ramp will be closed beginning on Mon., May 19 at 7 p.m. until Tues., May 20 at 7 a.m.
- The US-291 to NB I-35 Ramp will be closed beginning on Tues., May 20 at 7 p.m. until Wed., May 21 at 7 a.m.
- The SB I-35 Truck Rest Area will be closed beginning on Wed., May 21 at 7 p.m. until Thurs., May 22 at 7 a.m.
- The Commuter Lot/Access Road off Glenn Hedren Dr near Liberty Hospital will be closed beginning on Wed., May 21 at 7 p.m. until Thurs., May 22 at 7 a.m.
- The US-291 to SB I-35 Ramp will be closed beginning on Thurs., May 22 at 7 p.m. until Fri., May 23 at 7 a.m.
- The US-69 to NB I-35 Ramp will be closed beginning on Thurs., May 22 at 7 p.m. until Fri., May 23 at 7 a.m.
Motorists are advised to plan ahead and be vigilant of work in the area. All work is weather permitting. Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
