SIKESTON – Route 19 in Shannon and Oregon Counties will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement preservation treatments. Flaggers and a pilot car will be in place to guide traffic.
This section of roadway is located from Route 60 in Shannon County to Route 160 in Oregon County.
Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, May 28 through Thursday, June 12 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
