St. Louis Work Zones April 17-23

ST. LOUIS – The Missouri Department of Transportation will close two right lanes and the shoulder of eastbound Interstate 70 at the Blanchette Bridge over the Missouri River over the next three weekends for bridge repairs. All work is weather permitting.

Crews will work on the eastbound bridge the weekends of April 11-14, April 18-21, and April 25-28. Each Friday evening, crews will close the two eastbound right lanes and shoulder at 8 p.m. This around-the-clock closure will end at 5 a.m. the following Monday. Three eastbound lanes on the bridge will remain open.

During this work, there is an 80,000 lb. weight limit for semi-trailers on the bridge.

Motorists should be aware of the following ongoing closures:

  • I-55, St. Louis City, one southbound lane closed from I-44 to north of Bates and two southbound lanes closed north of Bates to north of Weber.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, two northbound lanes closed from north of Bayless to Virginia.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, one northbound lane closed from north or Reavis Barracks to north of Bayless.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, Cherokee entrance ramp to southbound I-55 closed through 2025.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, the ramp from northbound to Loughborough and the Loughborough on-ramp to northbound I-55 will be closed through 2025.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, the ramp from Lafayette/Truman to southbound I-55 is closed through 2025.
  • I-55, St. Louis City, the ramp from Germania to northbound will be closed through 2025.
  • I-64, St. Louis City, the ramp from westbound I-64 to Grand/Forest Park Avenue is closed.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, various northbound and southbound lanes narrowed between I-64 and Olive through late 2025.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, westbound Conway closed under I-270. Conway is one-way heading eastbound.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, westbound exit ramp to Riverview Drive closed.
  • I-270, St. Louis County, on ramp from Riverview Drive to westbound I-270 closed.
  • Route 67, St. Louis County, one northbound and southbound lane closed over Coldwater Creek.
  • Route 67, St. Louis County, the two through lanes are shifted between Lylwood to the German/Conway intersection and the left turn lane is closed to German until June 2025.
  • Route 67, St. Louis County, one left lane closed southbound from German/Conway to Conway Rd.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one northbound lane closed from Thoroughman to Robert Avenue.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one southbound lane closed from Lakeview to Thoroughman.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one northbound lane closed from Frost to Taille De Noyer Drive.
  • Route N, St. Louis County, one southbound lane closed from Reasor to Frost Avenue.
  • I-55, Jefferson County, intersection of I-55 and Route 67 closed.
  • I-55, Jefferson County, one lane of northbound/southbound I-55 closed from Route 67 to Route Z.
  • I-55, Jefferson County, three left turn lanes closed at McNutt under the interstate. Traffic will move to the outside lanes. Drivers will be able to make a left turn onto the interstate ramp.
  • I-55, Jefferson County, the ramp from southbound Route 67 to southbound I-55 will be closed through September 2025.
  • Route 61/67, Jefferson County, two lanes closed northbound/southbound at Miller Road and at Route 61/67 and St. Johns Church Road through early May 2025.
  • Route 67, Jefferson County, one southbound lane closed at I-55.
  • Route 67, Jefferson County, one lane closed at Route CC.
  • Route 67, Jefferson County, the southbound 67 to southbound I-55 loop ramp closed.
  • Route Z, Jefferson County, three middle lanes closed in the center of Route Z. All traffic is pushed to the outside lanes.
