Putnam County U.S. Route 136 to close for culvert replacements

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation will close Putnam County U.S. Route 136 daily between north Route 139 and Route U to complete multiple culvert replacements beginning Monday, April 21, through Friday, April 25.

Traffic impacts: Route 136 will be closed at varying locations between north Route 139 and Route U, April 21-25, 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., daily. Motorists will need to use an alternate route.

All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
