HANNIBAL – Route D in Ralls County is NOW OPEN following the completion of a bridge painting project, over Lick Creek, 1.2 miles west of Missouri Route 19.
Omega Coatings & Construction, LLC was awarded the contract earlier this Spring in the amount of $370,424.
