SIKESTON— Southbound Interstate 55 in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane with a 16-foot width restriction as contractor crews perform pavement repairs.
This section of roadway is located from mile marker 62.6 to mile marker 62.0.
Weather permitting, work will take place Tuesday, April 1 through Tuesday, April 15 from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
