CLAY COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be conducting resurfacing operations on northbound and southbound I-35 between Pleasant Valley Road to Fishing River Bridge resulting in various lane closures beginning on Monday, March 31 nightly between 6 pm until 6 am until August 2025. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can also be short-term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
