JEFFERSON CITY, Mo. – One lane of eastbound Interstate 70 will close for pavement repairs near mile marker 135.8. Local crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) plan to close the eastbound driving (right-hand) lane of I-70 just east of the Centralia/Route Z exit, east of Columbia, on Sunday and Monday nights, March 23 and 24. Each night, the lane will close at 6 p.m. and is expected to reopen by 6 a.m. Motorists should proceed with caution, slow down, and be prepared for delays.
All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
