What: David Drive/I-49 bridge reduced to one (1) lane and maximum load permitted across the bridge is reduced to 40,000 pounds after bridge was struck by farm equipment Friday, March 7
Traffic Impacts:
- David Drive over I-49 reduced to one lane, all traffic shifted into westbound lane
- Maximum load permitted over the bridge reduced to 40,000 pounds
- Bridge will remain in this traffic configuration until repairs are complete
- No signed detours
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers approaching the bridge
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
