CLAY COUNTY – Permit work for utility operations will require lane closures on southbound Missouri Route 9 (Burlington Street) between W. 26th Avenue south to Armour Road in North Kansas City. Work is expected to take place on approximately Wednesday, March 12 between 9 am and 12 pm. All work is weather permitting.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
