PLATTE COUNTY – The City of Platte City will host an open-house public hearing on Monday, March 10 from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. at City Hall located at 224 Marshall Road, Platte City, MO 64079. This public hearing will be regarding the Missouri Highway 92 improvements planned from Chapel Drive to Bethel Road. This is a follow-up open house for MODOT and Great River Engineering to share alterations to the original design that incorporate many of the public comments and suggestions brought forth during and following the December 4, 2024, open house. There will be no formal presentation, but participants may attend the hearing at any time between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. Comments will be accepted in the form of a written statement or providing an oral recorded statement.
