St. Joseph, Mo. – The intersection of U.S. Route 169 (Belt Highway) and Karnes Road in St. Joseph is now open and signals are functioning. The intersection was closed following a vehicle crash which extensively damaged the traffic signal mast arm over southbound Belt Highway.
Some additional work remains on the new signals and mast arm including lighting and detection.
