ST. CHARLES COUNTY – The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and St. Charles County invite the public to an open house-style meeting to discuss the Route N Expansion Project, as well as review the Hopewell/Duello (funded) intersection signalization. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, March 4, 2025, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at National Equestrian Center, 6880 Lake St Louis Blvd, Lake St Louis, MO 63367.
The Route N Expansion Project is a vital effort to address local and regional traffic growth, enhance safety, and plan for future development. At the meeting, attendees will:
- Review conceptual layouts (Unfunded future improvements)
- Review Hopewell/Duello intersection signalization (Funded)
- Learn about the project’s progress and timeline.
- Provide input on proposed designs and improvements.
“The public’s input is crucial as we finalize plans to improve safety and reduce congestion along Route N,” said Andy Tuerck, MoDOT St. Charles County Area Engineer.
No formal presentations will be made during the open house-style meeting. Attendees can stop by at any time during the meeting to view the project details and speak with representatives from MoDOT, St. Charles County and project consultants.
Access for people with disabilities is available. People with disabilities who require special services at the public meeting should notify Senior Communications Specialist Jack Wang by February 26 at 314-453-1814 so arrangements for those services can be made.
