ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Crews from the Missouri Department of Transportation planned to close the ramp and bridge from I-229 southbound to I-29 northbound south of St. Joseph for bridge approach today, Wednesday, Feb. 5, but have postponed the work until Friday, Feb. 7, due to weather. The ramp/bridge will be closed from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Motorists will need to use an alternate route during the closure. All work is weather-permitting, and schedules are subject to change.
MoDOT asks drivers to work with us by always buckling up, keeping your phone down, slowing down and moving over in work zones.
