MO Route 95 in Douglas County Closed for Culvert Replacement

SIKESTON—Short sections of Route 95 in Douglas County will be closed as MoDOT crews replace culverts under the roadway. Work will take place from Route 76 to Route 14.

It is necessary to close the roadway for the multiple culvert replacements along this section. There will be short duration closures at each culvert location, but the entire section of roadway will not be closed simultaneously. Crews began at Route W (the closure extends from Route W to Drury) and will move south from there as work progresses.

Weather permitting, work will take place from Thursday, Jan. 23 through Thursday, Feb. 6 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily.

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
