Beginning Week of January 6 for Bridge Rehabilitation Work
What: Westbound Missouri Route 76 bridge over the MNA Railroad north of Branson
When: Monday, January 6 until March 2025
Details: Contractor crews to rehabilitate the westbound Route 76 bridge. In August 2024, crews began rehabilitation of the eastbound Route 76 bridge, which was completed in early December 2024.
Traffic Impacts:
- Westbound Missouri Route 76 CLOSED between Missouri Route 248 and Missouri Route 376 north of Branson
- Missouri Route 248 to westbound Route 76 ramp CLOSED
- Eastbound Route 76 OPEN
- Drivers will be directed along a signed detour using: Route 65 and Route 265
- Signs and message boards will alert drivers to the closure
- Check MoDOT’s Traveler Information Map for road closings/traffic impacts
Weather and/or construction delays could alter the work schedule.
Project Information:
- Contractor: Emery Sapp & Sons, Inc., Columbia
- Total project cost: $850,000
- Contract completion date: May 16, 2025 (Contractor plans to be completed in March 2025)
