Route A in Ste. Genevieve County Closed for Railroad Crossing Maintenance

SIKESTON—Route A in Ste. Genevieve County will be closed as contractor crews perform railroad crossing maintenance.   

This section of roadway is located from Zell Road to Lime Kiln Road near Ste. Genevieve, Missouri.  

Weather permitting, work will begin Monday, Jan. 6 at 6 a.m. with anticipated completion on Wednesday, Jan. 8 at 5 p.m. The work zone will be in place 24 hours a day with a signed detour. 

The work zone will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
