JOSEPH, Mo. – Emergency concrete roadway repairs will narrow the U.S. Route 59 (Business 71) westbound bridge over Interstate 29 in Andrew County, around-the-clock starting tomorrow, Tuesday, Nov. 26, at 7 a.m. Maintenance crews with the Missouri Department of Transportation will close the westbound passing (left) lane, as well as the turn lane and cross over to access I-29 southbound.
