LEE’S SUMMIT, MO – The Missouri Department of Transportation will be performing maintenance work throughout the Kansas City region from Nov. 25-27. No maintenance work is scheduled for Thu., Nov. 28 or Fri., Nov. 29. All work is weather permitting.
JACKSON COUNTY
Route F between U.S. Highway 50 and Zumalt Rd.: flagging operation from Mon., Nov. 25 until Tue., Nov. 26, from approximately 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for brush cutting.
JOHNSON COUNTY
Missouri Highway 58 between US-50 and Holden: flagging operation from Mon., Nov. 25 until Wed., Nov. 27, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. daily, for shoulder repair.
Route WW: full closure for brush cutting from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m. each day.
- Mon., Nov. 25: between SE 1101 Rd. and SE 1201 Rd.
- Tue., Nov. 26: between SE 1200 Rd. and County Line Rd.
Route EE between SE 501 Rd. to SE 601 Rd.: full closure on Wed., Nov. 27, from approximately 7 a.m. until 4 p.m., for brush cutting.
LAFAYETTE COUNTY
Route AA between Route V and Van Meter Rd.: full closure on Mon., Nov. 25, from approximately 8 a.m. until 4 p.m., for culvert replacement.
Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
