What: U.S. Route 160 & Christian County Route AA In Nixa
When: 5 a.m. Thursday, October 24
Details: Contractor crews to turn on new signals and open new Continuous Green-T Intersection at U.S. Route 160 and Christian County Route AA in Nixa on Thursday, October 27. A Continuous Green-T Intersection has northbound Route 160 continuing straight without stopping. New traffic signals are installed at southbound Route 160 and the left turn lanes of northbound Route 160 and Route AA. Traffic traveling southbound Route 160 will no longer be able to turn left onto Guin Road, but must continue southbound to use the U-turn at Route CC and then travel northbound Route 160 to access Guin Road. On the east side of Route 160, Guin Road has been converted to a right-in / right-out intersection. Traffic wanting to go southbound Route 160 from Guin Road will need to turn right and use the U-turn at Farm Road 192.
