Route K in Cape Girardeau Reduced for Pavement Repairs

Night Work

SIKESTON—Route K in Cape Girardeau County will be reduced to one lane with a 12-foot width restriction as construction crews perform overnight pavement repairs.  

This section of roadway is located from County Road 317 to U.S. Route 61 in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. 

Weather permitting, work will take place overnight Monday, Oct. 21 through Friday, Nov. 8 from 8:30 p.m. to 6 a.m. 

The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near these areas.
