HANNIBAL - Weather permitting, October 20, motorists can expect a short-term delay when traveling eastbound and westbound on Interstate 70 and the outer roads. I-70 and the outer roads are scheduled to be temporarily closed at mile marker 202.4, between Wright City and Foristell in Warren County, to allow Union Electric to remove overhead power lines. Work will occur at 4:00 a.m., and reopen within a few minutes once work is complete.
