Now open: Missouri Route 13 in Caldwell County

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – Missouri Route 13 in Caldwell County is now open following a resurfacing project that began in May 2023. Contractors from Phillips Hardy, Inc., working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, reopened all of Route 13 today, Sept. 19.

Additional work such as diamond grinding to smooth the road surface and shoulder work remains. These will be done under a single lane closure with flaggers directing motorists through the work zone. All remaining work is expected to be complete by early October.
