WILLOW SPRINGS―U.S. Route 61 in New Madrid County will be reduced to one lane as Missouri Department of Transportation crews trim the trees along the roadway.
This section of roadway is located from I-55 to County Road 506 in New Madrid, Missouri.
Weather permitting, work will take place Monday, Aug. 26 through Thursday, Aug. 29 from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. daily.
The work zone will be marked with signs and flaggers will be present. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
