Lane/ramp closures scheduled for pavement repair work on I-70, July 29 - Aug. 1

UPDATED: JACKSON COUNTY – Crews will perform the following pavement repair work at various locations on I-70, evening and overnight, July 29- Aug. 1.

7 p.m. on Monday, July 29 until 6 a.m. on Tuesday, July 30 (evening and overnight)

  • One lane closure on WB I-70 between U.S. 40/Sterling Ave. and Blue Ridge Cutoff

7 p.m. on Tuesday, July 30 until 6 a.m. on Wednesday, July 31 (evening and overnight)

    • Double lane closure on I-70 WB at Manchester Trafficway
    • CLOSURE of ramp from Manchester Trafficway to I-70 WB

7 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31 until 6 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 1 (evening and overnight)

    • Double lane closure on I-70 WB at Manchester Trafficway
    • CLOSURE of ramp from Manchester Trafficway to I-70 WB

Motorists are reminded to slow down and pay attention while driving in work zones. Not all work zones look alike. Work zones can be moving operations, such as striping, patching or mowing. They can also be short term, temporary lane closures to make quick repairs or remove debris from the roadway.
