Route 91 in Stoddard, Scott Counties Reduced for Pavement Improvements

SIKESTON – Route 91 in Stoddard and Scott Counties will be reduced to one lane with a 10-foot width restriction as contractor crews improve bridge approaches and resurface the roadway.  

 

This section of roadway is located between Route P near Bell City, Missouri in Stoddard County and Route 61 at Morley, Missouri in Scott County. Pavement improvements will begin with the bridge approaches along this section of Route 91, with work following to resurface the roadway.

 

Weather permitting, work will take place Wednesday, July 24 through Tuesday, Oct. 1 from 6 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. Motorists should anticipate lane closures in various locations as work is completed along Route 91.

 

The work zones will be marked with signs. Motorists are urged to use extreme caution while traveling near the area.
