Nodaway County Route NN to remain closed at the Platte River Bridge

ST. JOSEPH, Mo. – A section of Nodaway County Route NN will remain closed until further notice at the Platte River Bridge, west of Parnell. A routine inspection this morning identified significant bridge deterioration, prompting the Missouri Department of Transportation to immediately close the bridge to all traffic. The road will be closed until further notice as crews continue to evaluate the bridge. Motorists will need to seek an alternate route.
