MoDOT to close ramp from westbound I-44 to Gravois for three weeks July 8

ST. LOUIS – Drivers who use westbound I-44 and exit to Gravois or 12th Street (Exit #290A) in the city of St. Louis should be aware of a long-term closure starting next week.

Crews will close the ramp from westbound I-44 to Gravois/12th Street Monday, July 8, 2024, at 9 a.m. The ramp is expected to remain closed for three weeks. During the closure, crews will work on curbing, drainage, and guardrail.

To detour, drivers can continue on westbound I-44 to Jefferson (Exit #289), exit at Jefferson, turn left at the base of the ramp, continue to Russell, turn left onto Russell and follow Russell to Gravois.
